How did we get our start? In the early 1900s, George Hansburg formed Flybar, Inc., which has since become the world's largest pogo stick manufacturer. Flybar has sold over 25 million pogo sticks in nearly every country worldwide.

What have we been up to? Flybar has continued to expand. In addition to pogo sticks, we offer foam pogo hoppers, trick boards, animal hoppers, hopper balls, ride-on vehicles, skateboards, scooters, safety gear, sleds, and preschool toys.

Our Flybar helmets for adults and teens are adaptable for multi-indoor and outdoor activities, including inline and rollerblade skating, BMX, biking, pogo, skateboarding, and scootering. These helmets are made of high-quality ABS shells and high-density EPS foam inner shells with 1-inch thick shock-absorbing foam.

The size chart ensures a perfect fit, with S/M (53-55cm/20.8-21.6in), M/L (55-58cm/21.6-22.8in), and L/XL (58-61cm/22.8-24in) sizes available. The adjustable spin dial ensures a safe and snug fit. The special aerodynamic design features 12 vents to circulate air, keeping your head cool and reducing sweating. The removable pads are washable and quick-drying, making it easy to wash away the sweat.
